If you answered yes...

then you Friend, are in the right place at the right time, following after the heart of the Father. I've helped women just like you shift from their truth to God's truth and grow in their intimacy with God.

"Coach KiYada really helped me to navigate my negative thinking and unrealistic expectations for myself in ways I had never thought before. Prior to our sessions together, I was a wife, mother of three, secondary education teacher and entrepreneur struggling to grapple with all of the responsibilities that I carried and how to be everything to everyone. KiYada really helped me to dismantle the negative images of myself that were holding me back and built me back up with the skills and tools necessary for me not to continue believing those things about myself anymore. Without our sessions, I truly believe that I would still be stuck doing the same things and wondering why I couldn’t be /have more. Now I feel re-focused on how God sees me and encouraged to believe that in my daily life. I now know what I can do to try to overcome those feelings when I doubt myself, and I know that if I need her again, she’ll be there to guide me through whatever challenges I face. I am very grateful for this experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking to overcome anything in life that has seemed insurmountable. She really does do everything in her power to help you bring the best you into everyday with God as focus!"

Hi, Friend! I’m KiYada!

Your Certified Christian Life Coach, Certified Mediation Practitioner, the founder of Grow Black Girl, Grow Coaching LLC, and host of Grow Black Girl Grow: The Podcast.

I guide Christ-focused women how to shift from the anxious mind to the mind of Christ through mindful application of God's truth so she can experience the fullness of financial, relational, and mental freedom.

I was just like you 7+ years ago. I was walking around feeling irritable, having emotional outburst, and just in a total funk because I couldn't block out the noise of the enemy. Praises to the most high for being a redeemer of my mind. The Lord helped me to see that I could in fact exchange my thoughts for his thoughts when I quieted my mind long enough to hear his voice.

It is my mission to lead you back to the father through mindful application of God's truth. When you exit my coaching programs, you will have increased your intimacy with God, and gained the strategies you need to allow God's word to come alive inside of you. You will no longer be guided by your environmental factors, but you will be guided by the word of living God inside of you.

why coaching + the integration of Scripture?

As someone who grew up in church,

--a spiritual advisor ensures that your spirit is in line with the word of God

--a spiritual advisor's time is spent finding the lack of connection with the Holy Spirit

-working with me, we will focus on strengthening your connection to give you relief that you don't have to do it all by yourself by focusing on tying your identity to Christ so when thoughts come up you can immediately dismiss unserving core beliefs.

what's the difference between coaching & therapy?

As someone who has seen a therapist,

--in therapy, you spend more time focusing on your past experiences to understand how and why you got to where you are today.

--in therapy, you raise your awareness of past experiences that influence your today behavior.

-working with me, we will focus on the present to propel you forward to your future goals by creating a plan with effective and efficient actionable steps.

It's time to hold your mason jar of biases up and shatter it by taking the next step in your healing journey. Let's partner together with the Holy Spirit so that you can become the Godly woman you envision.
